Part of a small UX team of two, a Design Director and a Senior Designer(me).

Responsible for hosting Stakeholder Interviews, Synthesizing Findings, Defining Workflows, UI & Interaction Design, Internal User Validation, Design Documentation, Design Systems & Information Architecture, Continuous Improvement

Joined as a Senior UX Designer for Cloud Network Orchestrator team in Bangalore. Completely new to the Telco domain, levelled up to the technical knowledge with focussed domain training and continuous SME and stakeholder interviews through the first four months.

Identified user workflows, redesigned information architecture, interaction design patterns to consistently align with Nokia’s product design language and drastically improved usability and visual design of product that was then in an MVP phase.

The improved usability combined with differentiating features of Cloud Network Orchestrator resulted in product’s survival and considered a bench mark for the rest of the products in a Suite of products in the Telco Management & Orchestration framework during a major merger involving competing product portfolios.

Briefly accepted a promotion as a Product manager with dual focus on UX Design for the entire suite of three sister products. Gave up the position of Product manager to only focus on product design when I observed, the efforts was spread too thin between two roles.

Joined central design team in Ottawa in 2019. Took up the responsibility of design for multiple products across Telco Cybersecurity while supporting and mentoring a designer for my previous product in Bangalore.

Identified a major gap in consistency of product experience among product that use network visualizations and took up the initiation for defining & designing a design system for Building Node-based Diagrams and Network Visualization.
